You will definitely feel welcome if you are a sheep - there will be millions of like-minded others. Otherwise, your reception will depend on personal qualities. If you have a grating personality, NZ probably won't be the place where you suddenly become popular.

This is all good for international students. But you still need to find an institution and program to deliver quality instruction to you.

There are also hills, as well as wind and rain to contend with at times. You may also find yourself buried in assignments or just too lazy to do something like bungy jumping every other weekend.
